It takes in the geometrical inputs of the propeller together with material inputs and vessel’s parameters to give as output the critical parameters like
- Minimum pull-up length
- Pull-up load
- Minimum required mating surface pressure
- Hoop and equivalent stress
The app is easy to use, and has in-built table to pick inputs like material type for hub and shaft.
